Nosal Partners LLC Places Successor to Chief Executive Officer

New Chief Operating Officer Paul F. Bartelt Part of Seamless Succession Plan
San Francisco, CA, August 22, 2008 - Nosal Partners LLC, the Executive Leadership Solutions™ firm, announced today that it placed Paul F. Bartelt at the The Vollrath Co., L.L.C. as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Bartelt will succeed Tom Belot as Chief Executive Officer of the The Vollrath Co. following Mr. Belot’s planned retirement on December 31, 2009. The position will be based in the company’s Sheboygan, Wisconsin, headquarters. Mr. Bartelt was previously President of the Engines Business for Kohler Company in Kohler, Wisconsin. The search was conducted by David Nosal, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Nosal Partners.
