Rodrigo Meirelles Costa Joins Nosal Partners LLC as Client Partner
San Francisco, CA, October 10, 2008 - Nosal Partners LLC, the Executive Leadership Solutions™ firm, announced today that Rodrigo Meirelles Costa has joined the firm as a client partner based in the firm’s São Paulo, Brazil, office.
Prior to joining Nosal Partners, Mr. Costa was a senior associate at Talent Solution. He was previously a research associate with Korn/Ferry International, where his industry focus included consumer goods, pharmaceuticals and technology. His search experience includes C-level executive placements in top Brazilian and multinational companies, as well as cross-border projects in Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Mexico.
Mr. Costa’s early career includes positions in sales and marketing with DuPont do Brasil, sales and supply chain with Aventis Pharma Ltd. in Germany, England and France, and in advertising copywriting at Almap/BBDO (Omnicom Group) in Brazil. He began his career teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) for Berlitz International, Inc.
Mr. Costa holds a B.A. in Marketing and Advertising from ESPM and is currently an International Executive MBA candidate at BSP (Business School São Paulo).
