Nosal Partners LLC Places Senior Vice President, Human Resources for ITOCHU International Inc.

Frank as Senior Vice President, Human Resources at ITOCHU International Inc. The position will be based in New York, New York. Ms. Frank most recently served as Vice President, Human Resources and Labor Strategist at Pitney Bowes, Inc. in Stamford, Connecticut.
