Leyla Galetto Joins Nosal Partners LLC as Partner in São Paulo Office
San Francisco, CA, July 29, 2009 - Nosal Partners LLC, the Executive Leadership Solutions™ firm, announced today that Leyla Galetto has joined the firm as a partner based in the firm’s São Paulo, Brazil, office. Ms. Galetto will conduct senior-level executive search assignments across a broad range of industries, with particularly strong emphasis on information technology and telecommunications. She will also deliver customized solutions in human resources, talent management, succession planning, management assessment and career counseling.
Prior to joining Nosal Partners, Mrs. Galetto was Managing Director Brazil at Stanton Chase International, where she also served as Latin America Regional Practice Leader for the Information Technology, Telecommunications, as well as Construction & Materials practices.
Earlier in her career, Mrs. Galetto held a number of human capital leadership positions in companies such as Chrysler Corporation, Mitsubishi Shoji do Brasil, Eurest do Brasil (Nestlé Group), Grupo Votorantim / Cimento Portland Itaú, AT&T and GTECH.
Mrs. Galetto holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica in São Paulo, Brazil. She is certified as a Coach and a Master Coach by the Integrated Coaching Institute. She is fluent in English and conversational in Spanish.
