Sioni Marciani Joins Nosal Partners LLC as Client Partner in São Paulo Office
San Francisco, CA, July 29, 2009 - Nosal Partners LLC, the Executive Leadership Solutions™ firm, announced today that Sioni Marciani has joined the firm as a client partner based in the firm’s São Paulo, Brazil, office. Ms. Marciani will conduct senior-level executive search assignments on behalf of clients in a broad range of industries, with particularly strong emphasis on the advanced technology and telecommunications sectors.
Prior to joining Nosal Partners, Ms. Marciani was a search consultant at Tasa Brazil, where she conducted assignments for local and international clients in executive search and leadership development, starting in 2003. Ms. Marciani’s earlier career includes positions in project management and human capital consulting at EDS and Ford Brazil.
Ms. Marciani has a degree in Economics from the University of F.S.A. in Brazil, and has completed additional specialized coursework in Psychology and Human Behavior. She is a specialist in Management Assessment and Competency Behavior alignment. Ms. Marciani is fluent in English and conversational in both German and Spanish.
