Nosal Partners LLC Places Chief Executive Officer of First Federal
San Francisco, CA, September 30, 2009 - Nosal Partners LLC, the Executive Leadership Solutions™ firm, announced today that it placed Levon Mathews as Chief Executive Officer of First Federal. The position will be based in Port Angeles, Washington. Mr. Mathews was previously President of First Federal Bancshares Inc. in Sioux City, Iowa.
