Mike Magurany Joins Nosal Partners LLC as Partner
San Francisco, California, January 17, 2012 - Nosal Partners LLC, the Executive Leadership Solutions™ firm, announced today that Mike Magurany has joined the firm as Partner. Based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Mr. Magurany will conduct senior-level assignments in the consumer, retail and hospitality industries.
Mr. Magurany was previously the head of leadership recruiting for Kohl’s Department Stores. Before joining Kohl’s, Mr. Magurany was a senior consultant with Heidrick & Struggles in Chicago. As a member of the firm’s Global Consumer Practice, he advised clients across the consumer packaged goods, food, consumer services and retail sectors on executive succession and talent acquisition strategies.
Mr. Magurany began his executive search career in 1993 with a respected boutique firm in Chicago. Prior to entering the search business, he served for several years as a sales representative for E&J Gallo Winery.
