Nosal Partners LLC Names Kathi Joy Senior Partner
Appointment of Performance Specialist Adds Bench Strength to Executive Development Business
San Francisco, CA - Nosal Partners LLC, the Executive Leadership Solutions™ firm, announced today that Kathi Joy has joined its San Francisco office as a senior partner. Ms. Joy will oversee design of products to support senior executives’ development requirements as part of the firm’s signature Executive Leadership Solutions offering. In addition, she will conduct executive coaching and search assignments across industry and functional areas.
For more than 15 years, Ms. Joy has been an executive coach, educational product designer, facilitator, and organizational consultant to Fortune 500 companies in the financial services, biotech, and high-tech industries. Her client companies have included Charles Schwab, Morgan Stanley, Cadence Systems, Xilinx, Intuit, Applied Bio, Genentech, as well as dozens of other organizations throughout North America and Europe. Her earlier career includes tenure as an educational product designer for the French consulting firm ILTC, and for Interaction Associates in Boston.

Ms. Joy holds an MA in Organizational Development from The California Institute of Integral Studies and a BA in Public Relations from the University of Michigan. She also completed graduate-level work in Cross-Cultural Studies at the Université de Lyon.
