Executive Leadership Solutions Firm Opens Minneapolis Office
Terri Naughtin to Head Minneapolis Office of Nosal Partners LLC
Minneapolis, MN, April 21, 2006 - Nosal Partners LLC, the Executive Leadership Solutions™ firm, announced today the opening of its new office in Minneapolis, Minnesota, as part of the company’s global roll-out. Nosal Partners is the first and only firm to deliver retained executive search fully-integrated with executive development and interim executive solutions.
Nosal Partners’ October 2005 launch is the most significant company roll-out in the executive search industry during the past 35 years. In addition to its San Francisco headquarters, Nosal Partners now has offices in Chicago, Houston, Seattle, the Silicon Valley, and Miami.
Terri Naughtin will serve as Managing Partner for the firm’s Minneapolis office. Ms. Naughtin has more than 20 years of diverse management, consulting, and search experience. She specializes in C-Level and other senior level positions across functional areas, as well as Board of Directors assignments.

Before joining Nosal Partners, Ms. Naughtin served as Executive Vice President and Managing Director for the Minneapolis office of DHR. She was previously Managing Director at the management consulting firm Genoa Business Advisors, where she led the Organizational Design and Development Practice. Prior to joining Genoa Business Advisors, Ms. Naughtin spent nearly 18 years at Andcor Companies, Inc. – a boutique executive search and human resources consulting firm.
