Nosal Partners LLC Names Saara Robles Senior Partner
Organizational Consulting Veteran to Lead Nosal Partners' Global Executive
Development Business
San Francisco, CA - Nosal Partners LLC, the Executive Leadership Solutions™ firm, announced today that Saara Robles has joined its San Francisco office as a senior partner. Ms. Robles will serve as President of Executive Development, overseeing the firm’s global delivery of services for executive leadership assimilation, executive team alignment, and organizational alignment. In addition, Ms. Robles will support the firm’s executive search strategy.
Prior to joining Nosal Partners, Ms. Robles was Managing Partner for the Fusion Group, where her areas of focus included strategies for executive team alignment, group coaching, building value-based organizational cultures, and enhancing performance for women in leadership roles. In addition, Ms. Robles has been an executive coach for the past 15 years. Her major accomplishments include: developing European operations for a U.S.-based consulting firm; implementing the effective transition of a merged global business; developing state-of-the-art definitions and models for leadership; and coaching executive teams and boards to create collaborative work environments.
