Sal DiFranco to Lead Global Telecommunications Practice at Nosal Partners LLC
Managing Partner for Chicago Office Promoted to Industry Leadership Role

San Francisco, CA, July 24, 2006 - Nosal Partners LLC, the Executive Leadership Solutions™ firm, announced today that Sal DiFranco has been promoted to Managing Partner of the firm’s Global Telecommunications Practice. Mr. DiFranco will continue to serve as Managing Partner for the Nosal Partners’ Chicago office in conjunction with his new position.

Prior to joining Nosal Partners, Mr. DiFranco was Director of Executive Search and the Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition at Lucent Technologies. Before joining Lucent, Mr. DiFranco founded and served as President of DiFranco & Associates - a Chicago-based full-service boutique search firm that specialized in executive sales management and technology sales for Fortune 500 companies. He began his career as a senior sales recruiter for Andrews & Associates.

Mr. DiFranco holds a B.S. in Speech and Mass Communications from Illinois State University. He also holds certifications in AIRS Diversity Recruiting & Sourcing.
