Individual will perform executive searches using our company’s best practices and techniques to ensure success and client satisfaction. The Client Partner will work in conjunction with our firm’s Partners and Senior Partners to identify and recruit high caliber executives for search assignments and drive all phases of the search process. The Client Partner will actively participate in executive business development meetings in an effort to secure high level search assignments for Nosal Partners.
Execution of research, search, qualification, phone screen, interview, and overall search execution process; active national phone-centered recruiting; position specification consulting and development; candidate development, assessment, and presentation; in depth referencing, including off-road/backdoor references; client Management; and business development efforts (proposal prep., networking, client presentations). |
