| Function: |
The data entry position supports the research function and the search function by capturing important and relevant information from various sources and entering the data into the Nosal Partners internal database. |
| Responsibilities: |
- Accurate and precise entry of names, company information, attributes, and other contact information into Nosal Partners’ internal database. (Encore – developed by Cluen Corporation)
- Verification of executive or company names, addresses, phone numbers, industry information, financial numbers, etc., via Hoover's Online, other databases or company websites.
- Understanding of company family structures (e.g., subsidiaries, business segments), and management titles and positions (e.g., marketing, product development, sales, vice president, managing director, CEO, CFO, CTO, account executive, etc.).
- Knowledge of Nosal Partners’ internal database system. (Encore)
- Successful and timely execution of projects and assignments.
- Phone call verification of direct-dial telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, titles, etc.
- Miscellaneous verification of addresses and/or names for mailing lists or other business development projects for consultants.
- Entry of resumés and resumé data into the Encore database.
- Accurate development and maintenance of prospect information in the Encore database.
- Cutting and pasting of biographies and other information into the Encore database records.
- Ad hoc degree verifications for candidates on search assignments.
- Understanding of Hoover's Online (or other similar database/website) and the ability to quickly find information needed for data record(s) within Encore.

| Experience: |
- Executive or contingency search experience is a plus.
- Previous experience with an internal database is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to complete a high-volume of data entry work under very tight timelines and with a high degree of quality.
- Good understanding of (or ability to quickly learn) various industry sectors, i.e., technology, financial services, biotechnology, industrial, consumer products, not-for-profit, etc.
- Familiarity with various Internet search engines and excellent Internet navigation skills.
- High degree of familiarity with computer applications, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Understanding of organization/company family structures and management hierarchies and functions.
