Bob Bellano is Senior Partner in the Los Angeles office of Nosal Partners LLC.

With over 25 years of experience in executive search, Mr. Bellano has conducted numerous search assignments for chief executive officers, presidents, chief financial officers and senior leaders in operations, engineering, technology, business development, marketing and sales. He has placed executives across multiple industries throughout North and South America, Europe and Asia. Mr. Bellano’s clientele includes Fortune 1000 companies, as well as small- to mid-size organizations, many of which are private equity- or venture-backed. He has deep expertise in industries ranging from advanced technology, business services, healthcare, entertainment, interactive media, industrial, defense, infrastructure/engineering services, and clean technology.

Prior to joining Nosal Partners, Mr. Bellano served since 1994 as Managing Director and Founder at cFour Partners Worldwide─a leading retained executive search firm serving clients in Southern California and the Western United States.

Prior to founding cFour Partners, Mr. Bellano worked for Stanton Chase International and its predecessor firms from 1983 to 1995, leading the international executive search practice for technology, industrial, and alternative energy.

Prior to entering into executive search, Mr. Bellano worked for Occidental Chemical/Petroleum within a variety of operating units from 1971 through 1993. He started his career in human resources, ultimately becoming Vice President of Human Resources for European metal finishing division with 2000 people in 10 countries. After returning to the United States in 1980, Mr. Bellano held positions in sales, marketing and technical operations within a specialty chemical business unit that sold proprietary coating chemicals, systems and waste treatment equipment to industrial companies. He ultimately became Director of the Eastern/Southern region, which encompassed 20 states from Maine to Texas with five sales/technical service offices employing 60 people.

Mr. Bellano serves as an advisor to several early-stage venture funds serving the interactive media and clean technology market, as well as to a highly-regarded organization that provides proprietary deal flow to private equity firms. The Los Angeles Business Journal has consistently recognized Mr. Bellano as a “Top 25 Technology Figure” in Los Angeles.

Mr. Bellano holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Lafayette College, and a Master of Science in Industrial Economics from the London School of Economics. He is an active member of multiple professional associations, including Association for Corporate Growth, London School of Economics Alumni, Harvard Business School Alumni Association (Speaker/Sponsor), Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc. (IEEE), Larta, Harbor Association, Orange County Venture Network, and SoCal Tech Networking Group.
