Caryn Avante is a client partner with Nosal Partners LLC. Based in Cleveland, Ohio, Ms. Avante conducts senior-level assignments across a broad range of industries.

Ms. Avante has over 10 years of experience placing senior leaders across functional areas in the advanced technology, clean technology, life sciences and industrial sectors. Ms. Avante was formerly a partner at Edison Consulting Group in Cleveland, Ohio, where she conducted numerous senior-level executive searches for Fortune 500 companies, as well as small to mid-sized organizations. Prior to joining Edison Consulting Group, Ms. Avante was a consultant at Syndeo Consulting, where she helped clients develop and strengthen executive leadership talent through executive coaching and assessment, professional development workshops and talent retention programs.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Avante worked in a marketing capacity for A.T. Kearney, where she was responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies in Canada and the Midwestern United States.

Ms. Avante holds a B.A. in Communication and a B.S. in Psychology from Liberty University in Virginia. She also received her M.S. in Psychology from Liberty University.
