Christopher Beaugrand is Chief
Information Officer and senior partner at Nosal Partners LLC, where
he is responsible for worldwide technology planning,
integration, and support.
Prior to joining Nosal Partners,
Mr. Beaugrand founded and ran a successful computer
consulting company that served a nationwide clientele.
Focusing on small, growing businesses, it provided
a level of computer and technical support usually
reserved for companies with a dedicated in-house
staff. It also specialized in providing start-up
support to allow a company to grow from nothing
more than an idea, to the point that it hired
a full-time IT department. Before starting his
own company, Mr. Beaugrand oversaw all aspects
of technology and internet strategy for a San
Francisco-based venture capital firm. He worked
previously for a regional Internet Service Provider
located in Massachusetts where he was responsible
for revamping the customer service department
to provide unparalleled levels of service.
Mr. Beaugrand earned a Master
of Library and Information Science degree from
the University of Western Ontario, where he won
multiple awards. He also holds a BA with honors
from Queens University at Kingston in Ontario,
Canada.
Mr. Beaugrand has a passion for
the outdoors, is an avid hiker, and once rode
his bicycle 3,000 miles from Vancouver to Toronto
on a bet with a friend.
