Clare Cizek is a partner in the Minneapolis office of Nosal Partners LLC.
With over 19 years of experience in retained executive search, Ms. Cizek has a reputation for delivering outstanding customized, flexible search solutions, as well as high-touch service to clients and candidates alike. She has recruited senior-level talent into companies of all sizes across a broad spectrum of industries, including: consumer, retail, hospitality, manufacturing, financial services, not-for-profit, and public sector. Ms. Cizek’s search experience includes placing executives into C-Level and general management roles, as well as functional leaders in human resources, finance, audit, operations, sales, marketing, quality, engineering, research and development and information technology.
Prior to joining Nosal Partners, Ms. Cizek was a vice president at Schall, Lyman & Company, Inc. – a premiere Minneapolis-based boutique retained search firm. Her early search career began with Peat Marwick’s international executive search practice, and also includes 10 years with two other Minneapolis/St. Paul-based boutique retained executive search firms. In addition, Ms. Cizek spent 5 years in corporate talent management roles with Apache Corporation as Manager - Employment and with Honeywell, Inc., as a corporate training and development consultant. This rich and diverse background gives Ms. Cizek the breadth and scope of recruiting experiences to fully understand client needs and quickly deliver the right search solution, as well as outstanding service.
Ms. Cizek earned her B.S. from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse. She also serves as an ad-hoc Mock Interview and Leadership Edge Consultant for the Graduate Career Business Services Center at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. Ms. Cizek and her husband and children are long-term residents of St. Paul, Minnesota. She is an active member of her family’s school and church communities.
