Clare Cizek is a partner based in the Minneapolis office of Nosal Partners LLC . Ms. Cizek is a member of the firm’s Global Industrial Practice and leads Nosal Partners’ Global Consumer, Retail and Hospitality Practice.
With more than 22 years retained executive search experience, Ms. Cizek is known for her ability to probe beneath the surface. After thorough analysis to understand a client’s culture and the subtle nuances of unique businesses requirements, she finds an outstanding leader who "hits the bull’s eye”. She has recruited senior-level talent into companies of all sizes across a broad spectrum of industries. Ms. Cizek’s search experience, which spans more than 350 projects, includes placing general management and C-Level functional leaders in human resources, sales, marketing, finance, audit, operations, quality, engineering, and research and development.
Prior to joining Nosal Partners in 2006, Ms. Cizek spent 18 years as a vice president with Minneapolis/St. Paul-based retained executive search boutique firms. Her early search career began with Peat Marwick’s international executive search practice. Ms. Cizek also spent five years leading corporate talent acquisition, and training and development at Apache Corporation and Honeywell, Inc. This multi-faceted human capital consulting and corporate talent management experience enables her to clearly understand a client’s executive leadership requirements.
Ms. Cizek has particularly strong expertise recruiting executives from across North America to relocate to client headquarters in Minneapolis. Ms. Cizek’s client base extends beyond Minnesota throughout the Midwest, Central, Southwest and East Coast regions of North America, including Canada.
Ms. Cizek earned her B.S. from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse. She serves on the Board for the Minnesota Dance Theatre & Dance Institute. In addition she serves as an ad-hoc Mock Interview and Leadership Edge Consultant for the Graduate Career Business Services Center at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
