Cynthia (Cindi) Roberts is a partner in the Atlanta office of Nosal Partners LLC, where she conducts senior-level assignments in the life sciences industry.

Ms. Roberts has more than 20 years of experience in executive search for organizations across all corporate and non-profit sectors. Since 1998, she has focused her efforts in the life sciences industry, delivering top talent for clients in sub-sectors ranging from medical devices, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, and integrated delivery systems, to healthcare technology and academic institutions. She has placed executives in all functional areas, including general management, manufacturing, sales, marketing and finance. Ms. Roberts has particularly strong expertise and experience recruiting chief executive officers and leaders for operations, research and development, as well as technology transfer.

Ms. Roberts works in true partnership with clients to fully understand requirements for building out executive teams, along with key candidate success factors, such as competencies, qualifications and cultural fit.

Prior to joining Nosal Partners, Ms. Roberts was a vice president and founding member of a highly-specialized executive recruiting firm—Life Science Partner, where her clientele included a variety of emerging and established companies, as well as academic organizations.

Ms. Roberts started her recruiting career in 1989 at Korn/Ferry International, where she worked for several years across a broad spectrum of industries and functions, ultimately establishing herself as one of the most respected consultants in the firm and rising to the position of Principal. After becoming a life sciences industry specialist, Ms. Roberts quickly earned an outstanding reputation in the field. She left Korn/Ferry in 2002 to help launch Life Science Partner.

A native of Atlanta, Ms. Roberts holds a bachelor's degree in communications from Georgia State University. She lives in Atlanta with her husband and two sons.
