Louis La Rocca is a partner at Nosal Partners LLC. Based in the firm’s San Francisco headquarters, Mr. La Rocca focuses on senior level assignments on behalf of companies in the electronic commerce, online services, software, and communications sectors, and leads the firm's Emerging Growth Company Practice. He is also a member of Nosal Partners’ Global Advanced Technology Practice.

Mr. La Rocca assists companies at every stage of growth in recruiting talent for specific challenges. He has recruited executives for public and private clients, ranging from emerging growth companies to FORTUNE 50 corporations. Mr. La Rocca has completed assignments across the executive suite - including CEOs, CMOs, CFOs, as well as vice presidents for functions ranging from sales, marketing, and information technology, to research and development.

Mr. La Rocca’s clients praise his strategic approach and methodical processes - both of which have consistently resulted in highly-targeted candidate slates and enduring placements. Mr. La Rocca’s reputation is a testament to his thorough understanding of market dynamics and the talent required to achieve ambitious goals.

Prior to joining Nosal Partners, Mr. La Rocca was a director with the Silicon Valley technology practice of New York-based CT Partners (formerly Christian & Timbers). He first entered the search industry with the Silicon Valley-based boutique firm The Bradbury Management Group. Prior to entering the executive search industry, Mr. La Rocca was a practicing attorney.

Mr. La Rocca received a degree in Economics from the University of the Pacific and his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings.
