LaVonne Olson is an administrative officer manager for Nosal Partners LLC, where she oversees operations and human resources for the firm’s Minneapolis office.

Prior to joining Nosal Partners, Ms. Olson was Administrative Manager for Chandler Group Executive Search in Spring Park, Minnesota. She was previously Manager of Alumni Relations for Deloitte & Touche in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Earlier in her career, Ms. Olson held positions in human resources, campus recruiting, administrative support and business graphics for Deloitte Consulting in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Ms. Olson attended Winona Secretarial School in Winona, Minnesota, and Inver Hills Community College in Inver Grove, Minnesota.
