Martha (“Marty”) R. Dorow is Research Director at Nosal Partners LLC. Based in the firm’s Minneapolis office, Ms. Dorow works in conjunction with Nosal Partners’ Global Research Department to support all aspects of the Executive Leadership Solutions™ process, including candidate identification, business development and market intelligence.

Prior to joining Nosal Partners, Ms. Dorow served as Research Director at Schall, Lyman & Company, Inc., a boutique retained executive search firm based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She was previously a sales account executive at Equus Computer Systems, Inc., in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Ms. Dorow’s earlier career includes tenure as a K-12 music teacher at the Seoul Foreign School in Seoul, Korea, where she taught Kenneth Jennings, author of the book “Brainiac” and holder of the record for the longest winning streak on the U.S. syndicated game show “Jeopardy!” She was also an English as a Second Language teacher at Yonsei University’s English Language Institute in Seoul, Korea, and for the International Olympic Committee in Seoul, Korea. Ms. Dorow began her career as an admissions counselor at Golden Valley Lutheran College in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Ms. Dorow holds a BA from St. Olaf College in music history and religion, as well as a Masters in Library and Information Science from Dominican University/College of St. Catherine. She is a member of the Special Libraries Association and the American Society of Indexers. In her spare time, Ms. Dorow is an amateur dog trainer who has helped many humans civilize their canine companions, as well as realize their full potential as dog owners.
