Mark Rybarczyk is a senior
partner at Nosal Partners LLC, where he leads
the Global Human Resources Practice and serves
as Managing Partner for the firms Houston
office.
Mr. Rybarczyk is a human
resources expert with 20 years of multi-functional
executive recruiting experience in both domestic
as well as international markets. He has extensive
experience in the financial services and energy
industries.
Prior to joining Nosal
Partners, Mr. Rybarczyk was one of the founders
and a corporate officer of a financial services and business process outsourcing firm,
which grew from a pre-IPO start-up to a multi-billion
dollar NYSE financial services company during
his tenure. As an executive vice president at
the company, he held numerous leadership roles and managed
all human resource issues related to more than
60 acquisition, divestiture and business off-shoring
initiatives. In addition, Mr. Rybarczyk was responsible
for all global human resource functions including
employee relations, employee education and development,
executive succession planning, organizational
structure and development, compensation, as well
as employee benefit plan design and administration.
During his career, which
includes human resource roles with Automatic Data
Processing and Shell Oil Company, Mr. Rybarczyk
has worked in a significant number of domestic
locations and supported various international
operations.
Mr. Rybarczyk holds a Bachelor
of Arts from Hamilton College and a Masters in
Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
He also holds the Certified Employee Benefits
Specialist Designation.
