Nancy Zwiefelhofer is a client partner in the Minneapolis office of Nosal Partners LLC, where she conducts senior-level assignments across a broad range of industries.

Ms. Zwiefelhofer has a strong track record of recruiting for functions ranging from marketing, product management and sales to information technology and security. She has deep knowledge of the advanced technology, consumer goods, government, healthcare, manufacturing recruiting, retail, services and telecommunications industries.

Prior to joining Nosal Partners, Ms. Zwiefelhofer served as Senior Executive Sourcing Strategist at the UnitedHealth Group. She was previously a staffing specialist at NCS Pearson/Transportation Security Administration. Ms. Zwiefelhofer also held positions in sales at InterCall, after working as a recruiter for AmerAvail, Inc. and later Techies.com. She began her career as a senior staffing specialist for Manpower International.

Ms. Zwiefelhofer holds a B.S. in Business Administration (with a minor in Human Resources) from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
