Paula Elmore is a founding senior partner at Nosal Partners LLC, where she where she is responsible for worldwide branding, advertising, and marketing communications. Ms. Elmore also conducts executive search assignments across a broad range of industries, with a particular emphasis on advanced technology, clean technology, retail, hospitality, industrial and not-for-profit clients. She has placed CEOs, CFOs, COOs and presidents, as well as senior-level executives across a broad range of functional areas, including human resources, legal and marketing. Ms. Elmore leads Nosal Partners’ Chief Marketing Officer Practice.

Ms. Elmore was previously a marketing consultant to Korn/Ferry International, during which time she developed and executed a strategic marketing plan for the firm’s Global Technology Market, and oversaw marketing communications for the company’s Central and Northwest regions. Before joining Korn/Ferry, Ms. Elmore held positions at Oracle Corporation in product marketing, corporate marketing, and industry marketing. Prior to joining Oracle, she managed the U.S. Information Technology and Electronics Marketing Division of the French Trade Commission. Her earlier career includes tenure as a financial and corporate planning analyst in the Corporate Development Department of Hewlett-Packard Company, and as a stagiaire research assistant in a think tank within the European Commission in Brussels, Belgium.

Ms. Elmore graduated summa cum laude from the University of California at Berkeley with a B.A. in French Literature, and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She is also an alumna of Cambridge University, where she completed the post-graduate program at the Centre for International Studies. Ms. Elmore received her M.B.A. from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in Paris, France.

Ms. Elmore has held multiple positions on the Board of San Francisco Ballet ENCORE!, serving as President from 2007 to 2008. She is currently a member of the organization’s Advisory Board. Ms. Elmore is also a Trustee of Pets Unlimited in San Francisco.
