Rodrigo Costa is a client partner in Nosal Partners’ São Paulo office, where he conducts senior level assignments across a broad range of industries and functional areas.

Prior to joining Nosal Partners, Mr. Costa was a top-performing senior associate at Talent Solution. He was previously a research associate with Korn/Ferry International, where his industry focus included consumer goods, pharmaceuticals and technology. Mr. Costa’s search experience includes C-level executive placements in top Brazilian and multinational companies, as well as cross-border projects in Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Mexico.

Mr. Costa’s early career includes positions in sales and marketing at DuPont do Brasil, sales and supply chain at Aventis Pharma Ltd. in Germany, England and France, and in advertising copywriting at Almap/BBDO (Omnicom Group) in Brazil. He began his career teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) for Berlitz International, Inc.

His broad industry and functional experience provides Mr. Costa with strong business acumen, strategic vision, as well as the ability to understand clients’ culture and leadership requirements. Areas of functional expertise include strategic planning, marketing planning, marketing communications, events marketing, sales, advertising, sourcing, supply chain and human resources.

Mr. Costa holds a B.A. in Marketing and Advertising from ESPM and is currently an International Executive MBA candidate at BSP (Business School São Paulo).
