Ms. Lopez has over 25 years of experience as a senior executive responsible for managing all aspects of finance and administration for privately-held companies in high tech and wholesale distribution companies.  She has worked with numerous start-up companies as the interim CFO or Controller.  Ms. Lopez was formerly a senior audit manager with Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers).

Ms. Lopez received her MBA and BS from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.  She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of California and is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
