Rick Pedersen is a client partner for Nosal Partners LLC. Based in the New York office, Mr. Pedersen conducts senior-level assignments in the financial services industry.

Mr. Pedersen has 17 years of recruiting experience within the financial services sector. Most recently, Mr. Pedersen was a recruitment relationship manager for Allegis Group Services, where he led a team of recruiting professionals and provided full lifecycle recruitment services for his clients. In addition to his seven year career at Allegis Group Services, Mr. Pedersen executed search assignments as an account executive at Management Recruiters of Westport in Connecticut, and as an associate recruiter in New York.

Prior to his transition into the search industry, Mr. Pedersen worked as an equity options trader at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he provided trading coverage to institutional and private client sales professionals as well as to top institutional customers.

Mr. Pedersen holds a B.A. in psychology from Iona College in New Rochelle, New York. He received his M.B.A. with Honors from Fordham University in New York, New York.
