Victor Kleinman is Managing Partner for the Global Life Sciences Practice at Nosal Partners LLC, where he also serves as Managing Partner for the firm’s Jupiter, Florida, office. He conducts senior-level assignments on behalf of life sciences companies.
Mr. Kleinman began his executive search career in 1983 and has led executive searches throughout North America, as well as in China, Europe, Japan, and the United Kingdom. He is known for his substantial repeat business with a diverse and varied clientele that includes: top-ten global pharmaceutical companies; medical device companies; diagnostic companies; venture capital firms; private equity firms; and start-up/early-stage companies. Mr. Kleinman has delivered executive talent in support of numerous global blockbuster drugs and products. He has also worked closely with many early-stage companies in the recruitment of leadership teams, extending his involvement and collaboration across every stage of organizational growth, including successful IPOs and product approval/product launches.
Prior to joining Nosal Partners, Mr. Kleinman served as Managing Director for the Global Life Sciences Division of Solomon-Page Group. His earlier search career includes tenure with Stevenson Group, and Daniel Silverstein Associates.
Mr. Kleinman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Florida State University, and resides in Jupiter, Florida.
